The food is really good and fresh seafood. The crab and oysters are on point. It's a beach Side small restaurant, so don't expect white table cloths. BYOB makes it even better. They will cook your catch for 7.99 but it has to be cleaned first. My family of 5 ate here with drinks for $75. Two of the seafood platters were around 19.00. Burgers were around 8.
Don't let the appearance deceive you, thus is great local spot with fresh seafood that had to be locally caught, you can just taste the difference. Perfectly fried, fluffy catfish fillets, with crispy shoestring fries and hush puppies with the just the right amount of jalapeno. Very reasonably priced, and the entire restaurant was clean and neat.
Staff is great. Food ( burgers ) are real good. Had them to go. Looks like a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal or cold one by the intercaostal canal.
Delicious fried shrimp and oysters. My husband had blackened red fish that was great. Reasonable prices.
The best burgers I've ever had!! I live in the Detroit area but have traveled extensively throughout Texas and this is where the best burgers are! Without a doubt! My tongue almost seized on me when I tried their hamburger. Thank god for the shade and the ICW breeze, I was sweating in pure bliss when I realized how good this burger was. What a great view too. Great service! The burgers steal the show, huge portion, juicy and fresh. Will come back everytime I'm in town.
